An error committed by the Philadelphia Sanitation Committee has left them in hot water with the Philadelphia sports faithful. Because most of them never bathe and hot water kills germs, the hot water is very upsetting to them.

On the last garbage night, the 76ers’ starting lineup was accidentally thrown away by a sanitation engineer after mistaking them for trash.

“It’s a simple mistake anyone could have made,” said everyone familiar with how bad this organization has become. “I usually let my dog pee on them whenever we go for walks because they love pissing on trash.”

Fans are hopeful the team will be able to find replacements as soon as possible. Otherwise they worry the team will only win 8 games as opposed to the 9 they would have with the original team in place.
